ANNOUNCEMENT MERGER & ACQUISITION
We are pleased to announce the successful M&A exercise between FORMACH ASIA SDN BHD and GRAND VENTURE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (GVT) on 17th December 2021. We are now operating as ONE large united company. Formach Asia would be a fully 100% owned subsidiary company of GVT, headquartered in Singapore. The merger between GVT and Formach greatly synergize and create a united comprehensive network of services, adding more width and depth to our capabilities enabling us to better meet our customer's needs. This merger would also immediately create a large pool of shared resources including experienced staffs, supply chain management, Advance manufacturing processes and technologies, enlarged strategic manufacturing bases in Singapore, Johor, Penang and China (Suzhou) serving and satisfying the needs of emerging and growth companies. It is our belief that this merger will bring only positive changes and manufacturing advantages to all our customers. |
